Please read this information carefully before making your purchase. The Hookette™ ships within 2 - 3 business days. During this time you will receive an email from orders@thepursehook.com confirming your shipping address. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of sending this email, we will ship the item (s) to the address provided by you during check out. All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Every order will receive a shipping confirmation via email and if Priority or Express Shipping is purchased you will also receive USPS tracking information. If no email address is provided we will be unable to notify you of your shipment details. Feel free to call our office or email us for shipping / tracking information. A Packing Slip is enclosed with every shipment. Priority / Express Shipping - the same shipping time applies but the shipping service is upgraded to USPS Priority Mail which delivers in 2 - 4 business days after item (s) are shipped. Therefore your order will be received within 4 - 6 business days. Overseas and Canada Priority / Express Shipping - The Purse Hook Inc. is not responsible for any delay's caused by customs either in the USA or the destination. The Purse Hook Inc. is not responsible for any unforeseen delays in shipping time caused by USPS. Again please allow for your shipment to be processed before it can be sent to you.
